My son suffered from chronic and repeated Tonsil infections and was a mouth breather. He used to snore a lot. I had consulted so many ENT Drs, homeopaths, child specialists and general Drs. Some of them gave medicines while some suggested surgery but none could make us understand the reason for her condition and the urgent need for surgery at such a tender age which could prevent complications later on.

We opted for Endoscopic Coblation surgery. Although expensive but my son was perfectly ok immediately post surgery and was eating ice-creams which I never used to allow him.

His appetite has improved a lot, snoring is gone and he enjoys ice creams, chow mien, golgappaas , everything.

Thanks a lot to Dr Rishi Raj for timely and perfect guidance. Had we not visited him we could have never taken a decision of getting our three years old son undergoing a surgery under general anaesthesia.

After such a wonderful result now we are recommending him to other parents in our circle who have children in similar age group having same problem. Must visit .

I always had a blocked nose and was a mouth breather . As I used to sneeze a lot, I was never comfortable.

One day my father in-law was taking consultation from Dr Rishi Raj for his problem which got complicated as he was under treatment from a general Doctor. I was also present there. The way Dr Rishi Raj tackled his case was commendable. He not only diagnosed it correctly but also encouraged my father in-law that he will be fine in a few days and his suffering was the normal course of disease.

After my father in-law got recovered, I too thought of consulting Dr Rishi Raj. He explained to me that I had two different problems. One was structural, that I had a deviated nose because of which I had nasal obstruction and so couldn’t breathe properly through the nose and had to open my mouth to breathe. For this I was advised nasal surgery. The other was allergy problem which would require some precautions and medicines. I was so impressed with the way he counselled and convinced me for surgery that I immediately got ready. After some tests which were done the same day, I got operated a couple of weeks back.

I breathed first time in my life through my nose and believe me, it was effortless. I felt so nice and now I’m very comfortable. He has started some medicines for my allergy and I hardly sneeze now. Now I am able to pay more attention to my work where as before getting treatment from him I always had a heavy head and could hardly concentrate.

I appreciate his totally professional way of dealing with his patients and highly recommend Dr Rishi Raj for consultation and treatment .

Experience with the Doctor was not pleasant at all the way he talked and the way he conveyed his diagnosis on the issue we visited for **** ********* ****** *** He Might be right according to present situation but he should have told me the probable solutions available to cure the ear ache and ear infection of my son in addition to his scaring statements **** **** ** ****** ***** **** *** *

Then we preferred to visit another Doctor in the city and my son is feeling better now.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

******** ******* *** ****** ** ***** ****** * ******* Would suggest to not to show to this person. ** *** ******* ******* ** ********* **** *** ******** He did not record the diagnosis ******** and upon being asked a question regarding the cleaning suction procedure turned rude and asked me and my family to get out. Took Rs 600 consultation fees and didn't refund. His staff is also equally unprofessional.

My father had an extremely poor experience with the doctor. Post completing the diagnosis and even recommending the prescription, the doctor needlessly conducted an endoscopy.

Initially quoted a price of 2,000 but at the time of billing the unfairly charged 4,000

The doctor refused to share any endoscopy report, citing software issues with the machine, however hadn’t informed about the same before doing the test. ** **** ****** ** *************

Overall a very poor experience with both doctor and staff extremely rude

I was suffering from sleep apnea for around 6 months and it was very bad. I work in Gurgaon but I came to Chandigarh to get treated by Dr Rishi Raj.He explained all the issues in detail. I asked thousand questions and he answered every one in detail.He was polite, calm and understanding.It was my first surgery, ever but He prepared me mentally for my surgery well in advance. He counseled me and my family. The experience was really smooth. I knew what was coming ahead and how to deal with it.He took good care of me during and post surgery. He was always available.He is a matter expert.99% of my problem is solved. For Rest 1%, I'll go back to him.I wish Doctor all the best.Thank you for great experience.

Being from army background I could judge how meticulous and disciplined is the way of working at Chandigarh ENT Clinic.

The clinic is too clean as a health centre should ideally be..

The Doctor is very polite, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. I went to him for my decreased hearing about which I was so depressed. He counselled me so well and with in half an hour of discussion with him I felt 10-20 years younger and full of positivity.

I consulted Dr Rishi Raj for severe pain in my ear. Although it was an emergency condition for me on a Sunday evening, Dr Rishi made all efforts to make me feel at ease. He examined my ear with an endoscope and found out that I had caused injury in my ear canal as a result of using ear bud over enthusiastically.

He very gently put a medicated pack in my ear and the pain was gone.

Although it was an emergency on a weekend, he charged me nominal.

I really appreciate and recommend the Dr to everybody.

I was disqualified in airforce medical due to deviated septum on 15 Jan and for that i was given 22 days to cure the problem. I have already gotten a septoplasty earlier in 2015 from different hospital for the same problem. Yet it didn't make any difference but my nose became tilted to right side and I even started snoring and was regularly breathing through mouth . For this Dr. Rishi Raj Advised me to get a septorhinoplasty for overall symptoms and appearance of nose . I was operated on 18 Jan and within 7 days i was free to go with a straight nose and equal airflow from both the nostrils. I didn't realise but I am unknowingly breathing through my nose now. I am now ready for my remedical and I think that I will make it through this time.

My experience with Dr. Rishi was very productive in terms of understanding of my condition and the remedial solution that he gave me. The condition like this was not only problematic at work but also didn't let me sleep well at night. The cough was killing the voice and was very painful. A good thing about Dr. Rishi was that he could well empathise with a patient and did not make assumptions but listened to each and every detail. He tries his best to understand the lifestyle of a person and fits the remedial solution according to it. All in all, he was of great help.
